2. This Miscellaneous Application No. 295/2026 is an application for withdrawal of the Broadcasting Petition in view of amicable settlement within the parties. Learned Counsel for other side is also mentioning about the settlement entered in between and no objection for withdrawal of this petition, in view of this settlement in between. Accordingly, this petition along with MA stood disposed of.
3. All interim order shall be subject to the settlement enter in between mentioned in this application. The Bank guarantee said to be deposited in this matter by Petitioner is to be released in his favour.
