1. None appears on behalf of the Applicant.

2. In the Reply Statement, the Respondents have clearly mentioned that Corr PPO No 151200701345 suffix 0110 dt 15.02.2021 for grant of ACP-1 benefits has been notified and the Applicant has already been granted the same benefits. However, when the matter was listed for hearing on 09.10.2025, Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has not received the benefits till date. Therefore, the Applicant was directed to file an Affidavit with regard to compliance made by the Respondents and the payment received by the Applicant within a period of eight weeks, but, the Counsel for the Applicant placed nothing on record on this count till date. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant, which implies that the Applicant has already received the ACP benefits. Moreover, the Learned Counsel for the Respondents reiterated that the relief sought for in the OA has already been granted to the Applicant. Nothing survives in this matter and the OA has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid facts and also the fact that neither the Applicant has filed additional affidavit in compliance of this Tribunal Order dt 09.10.2025 nor appeared for hearing, the OA is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.

3. File be consigned to records.
