ORDER
1. At last , after issuance of the notice through concerned Police Station now Ms. Kumari Nidhi Tripathi is appearing for the respondent and she is seeking time to deposit the cost and to file Vakalatanama and thereafter to file reply.
2. A weeks' time is granted to file Vakalatanama and to deposit the cost.
