ORDER
1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for both side are present.
2. This Review Application No. 8 of 2026 has been filed for reviewing order, dated 09.12.2025. Firstly, the prayer with regard to condonation of delay is to be decided. Thenafter this Review may be given a number for its hearing. But, office had given this Review Application number straight way.
3. It is highly objectionable. Rather, it is a miscellaneous application for a prayer for condonation of delay and after its allowance, the Review may be numbered and may be got heard. Hence, office is being directed to cure it first.
4. Counter and rejoinder, if any, after exchange in between be got filed within four weeks.
5. List the matter on 04.12.2026 for disposal of this delay condonation application.
