ORDER

1. MA 532/2025: This Miscellaneous Application has been preferred for condonation of delay by the original appellant.

. It is submitted by learned counsel for State Bank of India, Mr. Naman Saraswat that it is highly unfortunate that the impugned order is not having any date. It appears that impugned order is ever fresh order because there is no date at all and hence, accurately and apparently it cannot be pointed out the exact delay which is to be condoned. Nonetheless, it is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that they received information about disposal of the matter-complaint filed by the respondent on 30.12.2024. The email has been received from respondent and on that basis if the delay is to be condoned, then it will come to 215 days.

. Having heard the learned counsel for the respondent and looking to the facts and circumstance of the case and the reasons stated in this Miscellaneous Application especially in Paragraph no. 5, there are reasonable reasons for condonation of delay.

4. We, therefore, condone the delay in preferring this Cyber Appeal and this MA is hereby allowed and disposed of.

5. Registry of this Tribunal is directed to enlist the matter under the heading "For Hearing" on 08.01.2027.

6. In the meanwhile, parties are permitted to file their written submissions.
