1. It is not in dispute that the Corr PPO for grant of Service Pension for last rank held has been issued. Learned Counsel for the Applicant, however, submits that the amount has not been paid to the Applicant. In view of the above, we dispose off the OA with direction to the Respondents to make payment to the Applicant within a period of one month, if not already paid.
