ORDER
1. This Petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.7,87,675/- f rom the respondent.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent.
3. We had on earlier date of adjournment issued notice vide order dated 15.04.2026 upon the proprietor of the respondent Mr. ARUNABHA SAHA , HAVING OFFICE AT: MELARMATH, H.G.B ROAD AGARTALA, P.S.- WEST AGARTALA, DIST.- WEST TRIPURA, PIN- 799001, TRIPURA , to be served through t he Station Head Officer, West Agartala Police Station, Address of police station: Hari Ganga Basak Road, Agartala Bazar, Tripura – 799001, Contact – 0381 2325765.
4. The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the Proprietor of the Respondent.
5. We , therefore, request t he Superintendent of Police, Office of the Superintendent of Police, West Tripura, Having office at: near Fire Service Chowmuhani, Agartala, Tripura 799001, to see that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 15.04.2026 is served upon the Proprietor of the Respondent through the aforesaid Police Station.
6. Copy of today’s order as well as order dated 15.04.2026
be sent to t he Superintendent of Police, Office of the Superintendent of Police, West Tripura, Having office at: near Fire Service Chowmuhani, Agartala, Tripura 799001
by Registered Post A/D or by Speed Post.
7. Dasti /Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as the aforesaid orders of this Tribunal to t he Superintendent of Police, Office of the Superintendent of Police, West Tripura, Having office at: near Fire Service Chowmuhani, Agartala, Tripura 799001.
8. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 02.12.2026.
