Ld. counsel for the appellant has made the statement before this tribunal that he has the instruction from his client to withdraw the present appeal because the client wants to avail the benefit of ‘Vishwas Scheme 2026’ and he will file an appropriate application.

In view of the above statement, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Appellant is directed to move an appropriate application before the respondent authority in this regard within four weeks. Till then the stay shall remain in operation. Copy of this order is given to both the parties. Consign the record to the record room.
