ORDER

1. Case taken up. None is for Appellant, as well as for C orporation Bank. Counsel for ICICI Bank is appearing in virtual mode.

2. Since 18.02.2026 none is appearing for Appellant. Miscellaneous Application No. 4 of 2026, listed in cause l ist by Office, was dealt with in order, dated 18.02.2026 i.e., this was an application for early hearing, and date for hearing was scheduled. Hence, this application stood disposed of. Even then, this has been listed separately. Office is being directed to be careful.

3. The order of Learned Adjudicating Officer, assailed in this Cyber Appeal, is of no determination or imposition of liability qua ICICI Bank. Rather, C orporation Bank was directed to make payment of Rs. 50,000/- in a specified period, otherwise to make compound interest payable. The same is not there as to whether, it has been complied with or not?

4. The appeal has been filed by Complainant, against the order of Adjudicating Officer, with a prayer for a decree of compensation, as was claimed before Learned Adjudicating Officer. But, in spite of repeated time, none used to appear for Appellant, for arguing over this Appeal.

5. It is being mentioned that Complainant - Appellant himself being a advocate was appearing before this Tribunal, and it was written to be of age of 85 years, a Senior Citizen.

6. Hence, in the interest of justice, one notice is required to be issued to Appellant by Office, specifying a specific date of 08.12.2026 “for hearing” of the argument over this Cyber Appeal. Office is being directed, accordingly.

7. An e-mail to Counsel for C orporation Bank, be got sent by Learned Counsel of ICICI Bank, informing this date of hearing.
