1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for both side is present.

2. A request for accommodation on today owing to presence of arguing counsel for respondent before of Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The Cost is to be paid on today itself. Let it be paid as above.

3. List the matter on 09.12.2026 “for further hearing”.

4. The authorized representative of respondent, who was to be present on today, is also not there. Hence, the very contention of respondent with regard to conciliation attempt appears to be a mere verbal intention.

5. Under above pretext, the alleged conciliation by respondent is not apparent.

6. The personal presence of authorised representative of Petitioner Company is being exempted till any other specific order in this regard.
