2. Counsel for Telecom Services Provider Appellant and complaint victim Respondent No. 1 as well as Respondent No. 2 in Cyber Appeal No. 1/2015 is present. The same situation is with regard to item no. 7 and item no. 8, Cyber Appeals, against the same impugned order of Learned Adjudicating Officer.
3. A request for adjournment on the ground of arguing counsel of complainant Respondent No. 1 is being made.
