ORDER

1. Case taken up.

2. Learned Counsel for Decree Holder, as well as Judgment Debtor is present. Mr Devendra Kumar Srivastava, Executive Director of the JD Company is present in person.

3. A notice giving an opportunity for explaining its version was ordered to be given as to why decree is not being executed and coercive action in this regard be not taken in person, against this Executive Director. For this, presence was needed and in compliance of same, the Executive Director is present in person.

4. Some Miscellaneous Application, said to be filed in Office, and was directed to be listed on today, has not been listed by Office, because of the communication of some defect in it, and the same is to be cured by the next working day positively. Let it be got cured.

5. Both side mentioned that matter having mention with regard to these two Execution Applications, are scheduled for hearing, before Hon'ble Apex Court, on 03.11.2026. Hence, it will be in the interest of Justice, to wait for the order of Hon'ble Apex Court, as is being said to be on 03.11.2026.

6. Let reply, if any, by this ED in person, as to why coercive action may not be taken against him in person be got filed, after serving the copy of same to other side.

7. List the matter on 04.12.2026 "for further hearing".
