The appellant has filed the present appeal against the respondent challenging the orders dated 29.06.2026 passed by the respondent under section 14B and 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred as ‘the Act’).

Sh. Kamal Kant Jha, Counsel for the respondent has appeared and vakalatnama filed. Copy of the appeal as well as stay application supplied to him. The case is adjourned to 18.02.2027 for filing of reply to the main appeal and stay application.

In the meantime, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps to recover the amounts due under the impugned orders till the next date of hearing.
