The appellant has filed the present appeal against the respondent challenging the orders dated 30.06.2026 passed by the respondent under section 14B and 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred as ‘the Act’).

Sh. Manu Parashar, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of the respondent. The case is adjourned to 17.02.2027 for filing of reply to the main appeal.

In the meantime, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps to recover the amounts due under the impugned orders till the next date of hearing.
