The appellant has filed the present appeal against the respondent challenging the order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the respondent under section 14B and 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred as ‘the Act’). The office has reported the delay in filing the appeal for which the appellant has filed the application for condonation of delay in filing of the appeal.

Sh. Kamal Kant Jha, Learned counsel for the respondent has appeared and filed vakalatnama. Copy of the main appeal as well as copy of the application for condonation of delay supplied to him. The case is adjourned to 09.12.2026 for filing of reply to the application for condonation of delay.
