1. None appears on behalf of the Applicant.
2. Perusal of records reveals that Basic Pay of the Applicant has been revised at par with direct entry level, ie., Rs. 6460/- pm wef 01.01.2006 in terms of IHQ of MoD (Army) letter dt 27.05.2021 in the month of Aug 2021 and nothing remains to be revised on part of the Respondents in terms of extant rules/policies.
3. Further, when the case was listed for hearing on 12.03.2026, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant and the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Consistent non-appearance on behalf of the Applicant shows that the Applicant is not interested in pursuing his case. Therefore, the OA is dismissed for want of prosecution.
