During the course of Virtual Hearing held on 16/4/2026, Counsel for the applicant submitted that he has received a copy of Reply Statement filed by the Respondents No 1 to 4 in this matter and stated that they have conceded that the applicant is entitled for relief as prayed for in his OA. It has also been stated by the Counsel for the applicant that though the then PDA, ie, UCO Bank, CPPC had issued Non Payment certificate way back in 2023, the arrears of amount accruing thereof have not yet been paid to the applicant. 4. Perusal of record reveals that copy of letter dated 07/8/2023 placed on record by the counsel for the applicant reflects that the PDA had stated that the applicant is eligible for payment of arrears on account of revision of his disability element of disability pension for the period 01/4/2003 to 31/5/2023 which had not been paid to the applicant by them. They have worked out the arrears to Rs 8,80,155/- payable to the applicant as per the calculation sheet prepared by them.
