1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the Respondents submits that based on the Writ Petition filed by the Respondents before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur against the Order dated 30/8/2024 passed by this Tribunal, the Hon’ble High Court has granted a stay on execution of the Order ibid.
2. In view of this fact, at this stage the MA Execution is not maintainable. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequent to the final decision of the said DB Civil Writ Petition by the Hon’ble High Court, if so desired.
3. The Application is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to record.
