1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that PPO in compliance of Order passed by this Tribunal has been issued and payment accruing thereof has also been made to the Applicant and nothing remains on their part in this regard. The factual position with regard to relief having been received by the Applicant has also been got confirmed through the counsel for the applicant.
2. In view of the foregoing and since compliance has already been done in this matter, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
