1. During the course of hearing, Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondents prays for some more time to comply with the Order passed by this Tribunal. Contra, Counsel for the applicant submits that PPO has already been issued way back in June 2025, but payment has still not been made to the applicant.
2. In view of the foregoing, we grant 14 weeks’ further time to the Respondents in complying with the Order and the PPO issued thereof, subject to payment of cost of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Applicant in the event of non compliance.
3. With the above directions, the MA Execution Application is disposed off. File be consigned to record.
