1. During the course of hearing, Senior Panel Counsel for the Respondents submits that the Order 16/9/2025 passed by this Tribunal has been complied with by a Speaking Order dated 19/11/2025 passed bythe Competent Authority. In support of his contention, a compliance report alongwith a copy of the Speaking Order issued in this regard has also been placed on record by the Respondents, which is taken on record.
2. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record. However, in case the applicant has any grievance in this matter, he shall be at liberty to approach this Tribunal de novo.
