1. We have heard the parties and perused the material on record.
2. It is not in dispute that both the parties have approached the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur with their respective Writ Petitions agains the Order passed by this Tribunal. In view of this fact, this Execution Application is not entertainable at this stage. However, the applicant is at liberty to file afresh based on the outcome of the Writ Petitions pending for adjudication before the Hon’ble High Court.
