1. Under Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act 2007, the applicant has filed this OA praying therein fordirecting the Respondents to allow the Applicant to continue in service till his superannuation from service and to stay the Invaliding Medical Board Proceedings.
2. During the course of hearing, the Counsel for the Applicant stated that the Applicant has since been invalided out from service.Therefore, the OA has become infructuous.
3. The OA is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
