O R D E R

1. We have heard the counsels for the parties and perused the material placed on record.
2. Perusal of record reveals that vide Order dated 17/10/2025, this Tribunal had restrained the Respondents from effecting further recovery from the pension account of the Applicant for the purported excess amount of pension paid to the applicant. During the hearing held on 11/2/2026, Counsel for the Respondents had confirmed having complied with the Order dated 17/10/2025 in toto and also stated that the amount already recovered from the pension account of the applicant was refunded to the applicant.
3. During the course of hearing today, Counsel for the Respondents has once again iterated the statement made on 11/2/2026 and submitted that it has been decided that no recovery shall be effected from the pension account of the applicant.

4. In view of the unambiguous statement made at the Bar by the Counsel for the Respondents, counsel for the applicant does not press this issue.
5. Accordingly, the OA is disposed off. No order on costs.
6. File be consigned to record.
