1. Initially the Union of India had filed RA 12/2025 in OA No 258/2019 to review Order dt 31.05.2022 passed by this Tribunal. Subsequently, the Union of India has filed MA No 13/2026 in RA 12/2025 for amendments to the grounds stated in RA 12/2025 to the effect that the Hon’ble Tribunal has passed the Order on incorrect factual premise regarding assessment of then disability. While passing the Order, this Tribunal did not consider that the Applicant in OA 258/2019 was discharged from Service on completion of terms of engagement and his disability was assessed @ 20% for two years and was considered as Aggravated by Military Service. However, this Hon’ble Tribunal granted him Disability Element duly rounded off to 50% for life wef 24.04.2016 restricting the arrears to three years prior to filing the OA without fresh assessment of the disability of the Applicant. Further, the Hon’ble Supreme Court judgment relied upon in the case of Sukhvinder Singh Vs UOI &Ors (2014) STPL 468 SC was not related to the facts of this case as Sukhvinder Singh was invalided out of service but the Applicant herein was discharged from Service on completion of terms of engagement.

2. We have perused the material placed on record along with Review Application and perused Order dt 31.05.2022 passed by this Tribunal. This Tribunal has passed the Order considering all the objections which have been raised by the Applicant through this Review Application and we find no error apparent on the face of the record. Considering the limited scope available to this Tribunal in a proceeding for review initiated under Rule 14 (f) of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 read with Rule 18 of the Armed Forces Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2008, we see no reason to interfere in the matter.

3. RA 12/2025 and MA 13/2026 in RA 12/2025, thus, stand dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
