1. MA No 64/2026 has been filed by the Applicant for restoration of MA (E) 85/2023 in OA No 01/2015 on the grounds that MA (E) 85/2023 in OA No 01/2015 was disposed off by this Tribunal on 22.07.2025 on the assurance given by the Respondents that the necessary Government sanction has been received and the compliance shall be made within a period of three months and the cost imposed vide this Tribunal Order dt 28.05.2025 shall be paid to the Applicant. Counsel for the Applicant submits that though the cost imposed on the Respondents has been received by the Applicant, the requisite PPO is yet to be issued.
2. Having heard Learned Counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the Order dt 22.07.2025 has not been complied with fully by the Respondents, a further period of eight weeks is granted to the Respondents for doing the needful. In case the compliance is not done within a period of eight weeks, the Applicant would be entitled to receive a further cost of Rs. 5000/-.
