We have perused Order dt 09.12.2025 passed by this Tribunal with regard to recovery from the Applicant wherein it was observed that despite explicit directions neither a comprehensive reply was filed by Respondents nor the Counsel appeared during the course of virtual hearing and, thus, it was rightly ordered that no further recovery shall be effected from the pension account of the Applicant without prior notice and/or seeking response from the Applicant after issuing a Notice by the PDA, if any with further directions that recoveries already made by the PDA Respondents need not be refunded to the Applicant. In view of the above, we find no error in the Order dt 09.12.2025 passed by this Tribunal and, hence, the prayer of the Applicants (Respondents PDA in OA 43/2021) is dismissed.
