1. The Applicant has filed MA No 145/2026 for hearing of the case at Regional Bench, Jaipur, which is allowed taking into consideration the reasons advanced therein.
OA No 95/2026 with MA No 144/2026
2. Issue Notice both on the MA as well as the OA. Mr Pyare Lal, Senior Panel Consel accepts Notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4. Let Counter Affidavit be filed within 21 weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within seven weeks thereafter. Upon receipt of requisite fee from the counsel for the Applicant, Registry is directed to issue Notice to the Respondent No 5, ie, United India Insurance Company Ltd, Do-XI, Maker Bhawan, No 01, First Floor, Shri VT Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400 020, through Registered Post in addition to ordinary mode, returnable within two months.
