1. Miscellaneous Application No 210/2026 has been filed for taking Legal Heir of the Original Applicant, Smt Singari, who expired on 06.05.2025during the pendency of the OA and to substitute Shri Sheesh Ram Gurjar, who survives as one of the nominees of the Original Applicant. Taking note of the contents of the Application and subject to verification of records, this MA is allowed and Shri Sheesh Ram Gurjar, Sonof the Original Applicant is taken on record. Registry is directed to proceed further.
2. The Respondents are at liberty to verify the facts and raise their objections as to whether Shri Sheesh Ram Gurjar is the only Legal Heir and whether any other issue survives within eight weeks.
