MA No 228/2026 has been filed by the Applicant for restoration of OA No 409/2022 on the grounds that in compliance of this Tribunal Order dt 23.09.2024 in OA No 409/2022, the Applicant could not submit his representation within the stipulated timeframe of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order as the Counsel could not contact the Applicant, being a resident of remote village of Rajasthan. On perusal of records, it is found that the Applicant has filed this Application after a delay of more than one year and eight months from the date of passing of Order dt 23.09.2024 without any valid explanation for the long delay. Therefore, the prayer of the Applicant for restoration of OA No 409/2022 is dismissed.
