1. MA No 293/2026 has been filed by the Applicant for restoration of OA No 79/2021 on the grounds that the OA was disposed off on 21.01.2025 by this Hon’ble Tribunal on the grounds that PPO has been issued in favour of the Applicant. However, on perusal of PPO, it was found that the Applicant has not been granted interest on the delayed payment of the arrears. Therefore, we deem it appropriate to direct that if the Applicant makes a fresh representation with regard to remaining entitlements as prayed for in the OA within a period of one month of receipt of a certified copy of this Order, the Respondents shall decide the same within a period of four months thereafter. The outcome thereof shall be intimated to the Applicant. The MA is disposed off accordingly.
