1. During the course of Virtual Hearing, Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the amount of Rs 11,710/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten only) on account of CILQ for the period 01/10/2005 to 31/12/2006 which was recovered during FSA stage has already been refunded to the applicant vide UTR No 458025505 dated 13/8/2025 and since the Order dated 20/1/2025 passed by this Tribunal has been complied with in toto, nothing remains on the part of the Respondents. In support of his contention, the Respondents have also filed an Affidavit stating the position, on record.
2. In view of the compliance in toto has already been done by the Respondents in this matter, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
