1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that in pursuance of Writ Petition in DB Civil WP No 11640/2026 in the case of UOI & Ors Vs Ex Service No 901177F Sgt Vipin Kumar, filed by the Respondents in this matter, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur, vide Order dated 10/8/2026, has granted stay in execution of Order dated 18/7/2025passed by this Tribunal in OA No 129/2024, filed by the Respondent in the Writ Petition. In support of his arguments, the counsel for the Respondents has placed on record a copy of the ibid High Court Order, which is taken on record, a copy of which has also been supplied to other side during the course of hearing by the counsel for the Respondents.

2. In view of this fact, at this stage the MA Execution is not maintainable. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequent to the final decision of the said DB Civil Writ Petition by the Hon’ble High Court, if so desired.

3. The Application is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to record.
