1. Counsel for the applicant has filed this Application for execution of Order dated 10/11/2025 passed by this Tribunal wherein the case of the applicant was remitted back to the Respondents to reconsider the issue in the light of the Order dated 29/5/2025 passed by the Chandigarh Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal, on which reliance has been placed by the counsel for the applicant, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the ibid Order.
2. Since six months’ time has been granted to the Respondents in considering the case of the applicant de novo from the date of receipt of a copy of Order of this Tribunal, this Execution Application has filed in a post haste and is premature at this stage and is, therefore, dismissed. However, the applicant shall be at lberty to file a fresh execution application, in case no response is received from the Respondents after the stipulated timeframe.
