1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the Respondents submits that the Order passed by this Tribunal has been complied with in toto and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents. In support of his statement, counsel for the Respondents has placed on record a copy of compliance report alongwith a copy of Pension Slip for the month of July 2026 of the applicant showing credit of lumpsum amount accruing thereof into pension account of the applicant, is taken on record. Counsel for the Applicant is in consonance with the statement of the counsel for the Respondents.

2. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
