1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that relief as admissible to the applicant in terms of Circular No 631 dated 05/3/2020 of the PCDA (P) has already been paid to the applicant way back in April 2020 and nothing remains on their part. In support of the contention of the Respondents, the Counsel has placed on record a copy of letter dated 14/9/2021 of Records The Mechanised Infantry Regiment, which confirms having paid the arrears of Rs 25,335/- to the applicant in April 2020. Copy of the ibid letter is taken on record.

2. In view of the foregoing and since compliance in this matter has already been done in toto by the Respondents, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record. However, in case the applicant has any grievance with regard to compliance, he is at libery to approach this Tribunal de novo, if so desired.

3. File be consigned to record.
