Vide this Tribunal Order dt 27.10.2025 in OA No 258/2022, the Respondents were directed to reconsider the case of the Applicant for grant of Special Family Pension within a period of six months, however, the same has not been decided so far. Therefore, we direct the Respondents to decide the case of the Applicant within a period of six months from today failing which the Applicant shall be entitled to cost of Rs. 10,000/-. MA (E) 44/2026 stands disposed off.
