1. During the course of hearing, while none appears on behalf of the Applicant, Counsel for the Respondents prays for further time to enable them to comply with the Order passed by this Tribunal in this matter.

2. We have perused the material on record.

3. It is evident from the material on record that this Tribunal, vide Order dated 09/10/2025, in OA No 138/2024 filed by the applicant, had directed the Respondents to bring the applicant before a fresh RAMB to assess the present medical condition of the applicant for his disability, “Functional Low Back Ache” within a period of six months and to consider grant of disability element based on the opinion of the medical board.

4. In view of the foregoing and in the interest of justice, six months’ further time is granted to the Respondents in doing the needful as directed. It is made clear that in case compliance is not done by the stipulated timeframe of six months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, the applicant shall be entitled to receive a cost of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) from the Respondents.

5. With the above directions, this Execution Application is disposed off.

6. File be consigned to record.
