1. During the course of Virtual Hearing, while none appears on behalf of the applicant, Counsel for the Respondents submits that he shall file a copy of Corrigendum PPO issued by the Respondents showing the details of payment due and made to the applicant alongwith recovery, if any, effected by the Respondents. Perusal of record reveals that during the course of hearing held on 30/7/2026, counsel for the applicant has confirmed about the payment having been received by the applicant, but sought adjournment in the absence of a copy of the Corrigendum PPO in this regard.

2. In view of the steadfast statement of counsels for both the parties with regard to due payment having been received by the applicant as also placing on record a copy of the PPO by the Counsel for the Respondents, this OA has become infructuous and the OA is, therefore, dismissed having been rendered infructuous.

3. File be consigned to record.
