1. During the course of hearing, OIC Legal Cell Appearing for the Respondents submits that during pendency of the OA and in pursuance of Order dated 06/8/2026 of this Tribunal, the error that had occurred in the earlier PPO has been corrected and issued a correct Corrigendum PPO granting relief as prayed for in the OA and, hence, nothing remains on the part of the Respondents. In support of her arguments, the OIC Legal Cell has placed on record a copy of the PPO issued in this regard, which is taken on record. A copy of the same has also been supplied to the counsel for the applicant during the course of hearing. However, counsel for the applicant submitted that the arrears of payment have not been paid to the applicant till date.

2. In view of the foregoing, we grant eight weeks’ time to the Respondents to make payment of arrears to the applicant. In case payment as entitled to her is not made within the stipulated timeframe, the applicant shall be entitled to receive a cost of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).

3. The MA as also the OA are disposed off. File be consigned to record.
