1. UOI has filed this Review Application praying for Review of Order dated 18/1/2025 on the ground that the applicant is eligible for grant of broadbanding of his disability element of disability pension wef 01/1/2016 as per the policy as there has been a long delay in filing the OA by the applicant.

2. We have perused the material on record.

3. Perusal of record reveals that apart from a delay of 11 months and 17 days in filing the RA, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record, warranting review of Order dated 18/1/2025 passed by this Tribunal on merit.

4. RA No 09/2026 is dismissed accordingly. MA No 47/2026 filed for condonation of delay involved in filing the RA also stands disposed off.
