23.03.2026

1. UOI has filed this RA praying for review of Order dated 06/10/2025 passed in OA No 166/2022 by this Tribunal on the ground that the applicant is not entitled for grant of broadbanding benefit wef 01/1/2016 as per Govt of India, Ministry of Defence letter dated 05/9/2017 and prior to granting the same benefits, a fresh RSMB was required to be conducted as the disability of the applicant was assessed by the RSMB at less than 20%.

2. We have heard the counsels for the parties and perused the material on record.

3. Apart from a delay of five months in filing the Review Application, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record, warranting review of Order passed by this Tribunal in merit.

4. RA is dismissed. MA No 88/2026 filed for condonation of delay involved in filing the RA also stands disposed off.
