1. UOI has filed this RA No 13/2026 praying that the Judgment dated 09/9/2025 may be reviewed in the interest of justice by considering the proceedings taken by the present application was within time as per rules.
2. We have heard the parties and perused the material on record.
3. Perusal of record reveals that the Order dated 09/9/2025 has been passed by the Larger Bench. In view of this fact, this Review Application is not entertainable by this Tribunal. This apart, the RA has been filed after a delay of six months and 16 days.
4. RA No 13/2026 is dismissed. MA No 109/2026 also stands disposed off.
5. File be consigned to record.
