1. The Respondents have filed this RA praying for review of Order dated 04/2/2026 passed by this Tribunal in OA No 331/2023 on the ground that as per the extant policy on pension, the enhanced rate of Ordinary Family Pension (OFP) upto the age of 67 years is applicable only in respect of retirees/death occurring on or after 30/5/1998. Since the deceased soldier was discharged from service on 30/11/1993, his LR does not appear to be eligible for grant of enhanced rate of OFP upto the age of 67 years. Thus, there appears an error apparent on the face of the Order justifying for review.

2. The counsel for the applicant has also filed MA Execution No 65/2026, cited at Serial No 10 of todays Cause List, praying for directing the Respondents to execute the matter expeditiously as the widow of the deceased soldier is facing financial difficulty.

3. We have heard the counsels for the parties and perused the material on record.

4. With regard to the plea of the Respondents as cited in their Review Application, apart from a delay of six months in filing the Review Application, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the record as the Order dated 04/2/2026 was passed by this Tribunal taking into consideration all the aspects involved in the issue and the Order was passed in its merit. The RA is, therefore, dismissed being devoid of any merit in the contention of the Respondents.

5. In view of the foregoing and in the interest of justice, we grant 14 weeks’ further time to the Respondents in complying with the Order dated 04/2/2026 passed by this Tribunal in OA No 331/2023 in toto.

6. List the matter after 14 weeks.
