O R D E R

30.10.2025

1. None appeared on behalf of the Applicant.

2. We have perused the record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on two consecutive occasions in the past on 18/9/2024 and on 03/9/2025, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Moreover, vide Order dated 03/9/2025, it has unequivocally been made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and in the event of non representation on the next date of hearing, appropriate order shall be passed by this Tribunal. Despite that, none appeared today.

4. Consistent non appearance in this matter on previous occasions as also today clearly shows that neither the applicant nor his designated counsel is serious about pursuing this Application. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. File be consigned to record.
