1. None appeared on behalf of the Applicant.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last date of hearing held on 30/7/2025, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Moreover, perusal of record reveals that whenever this matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasions attendance of the counsel for the applicant was erratic.
3. Consistent non appearance in this matter on previous occasions as also today clearly shows that neither the applicant nor his designated counsel is serious about pursuing this Application. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
