1. None appeared on behalf of the Applicant.
2. We have perused the material placed on record. Perusal of record reveals that during the course of hearing held on 03/8/2023, the Respondents have raised objection with regard to maintainability of the MA No 143/2016 filed for substitution of LR in place of the original applicant, who expired on 27/6/2015 and the LR application was filed on 11/3/2016. Moreover, prima facie the LR has failed to establish her right to be the surviving LR of the deceased soldier.
3. In view of the foregoing, this Application stands abated and the file be consigned to record.
