2. Perusal of record reveals that when the matter was taken up for hearing on four consecutive occasions in the past since the year 2023 on 11/9/2023, 22/7/2024, 26/11/2024 and again on 26/4/2025, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant.
3. Consistent non appearance in this matter on previous occasions as also today clearly shows that neither the applicant nor his designated counsel is serious about pursuing this Application. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
