1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the underlying suit bearing CS 1907/16, titled “Chand Kishan Razdan v. Hema Saxena Etc.”, in which the impugned order dated 06.06.2026 was passed, has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 14.09.2026.
2. In view of the statement made, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present matter.
3. Accordingly, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of on the ground of being infructuous.
