1. Reply has been filed by respondent-Authority.
2. Present petition has been filed under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the petitioner seeks interim protections which have been delineated in Prayer Clause. However, learned counsel for petitioner submits that arbitration has already been invoked and, therefore, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he does not press the present application at this juncture. He supplements that he would file appropriate application before the Arbitral Tribunal seeking interim relief.
3. In view of the above, present application is disposed of, as not pressed.
4. Needless to say, all rights and contentions of the parties are left open and it will be entirely upto the petitioner to file appropriate application under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
